Ride the North Branch of the Chicago River Trail. Paved and relatively flat. This will be an out and back so turning around earlier is an option. Also an option for an additional 4.4 mile loop after the main ride. Only portable toilets at the start, but better restroom options along the ride.
Casual ride. No one left behind.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare.
Reminders: Helmets are expected safety gear. Bike must be in reasonable condition. Guests are welcome to join us for one ride but are expected to join the club for additional rides (insurance requirements). Fountains may be disabled so bring enough water. Please carry emergency contact info.
Starting Location:
Skokie Lagoons Tower Road Boat Launch - Tower Rd just east of I-94/US-41. (Not the kayak rental parking lot.)
