There will be a brief discussion about riding in a group, helmet fit, and items that riders should have for future rides. We will start with shorter distances and slower speeds. Hopefully, the goal for these rides will be to increase a rider’s ability to ride longer distances. If you’re interested, several club rides are offered that are longer and have various speeds. You will need a helmet and a bike in reasonable riding condition. Our first few rides will be on residential streets in Schaumburg. Casual speed, no one left behind.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare.
Reminders: Helmets are expected safety gear. Bikes are expected to be in good condition. Guests are welcome to join us for one ride but are expected to join the club for additional rides (insurance requirements). Fountains may be disabled so bring enough water. Please carry emergency contact info.
