Lots of options for distance: One or two loops of 8 or 16 miles, or take some spurs and add more miles. Casual speed 10-12 mph. Faster riders welcome to ride ahead. I'll be leading from behind.
Lunch options. Can be discussed.
Restrooms may not be open, so plan accordingly. There is a gas station at Arl. Hts. Rd and Higgins as a possibility.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare.
Reminders: Helmets are expected safety gear. Bikes are expected to be in good condition. Guests are welcome to join us for one ride but are expected to join the club for additional rides (insurance requirements). Fountains may be disabled so bring enough water.
Starting Location:
Busse Woods parking lot off Beisner Rd, just north of Biesterfield. It's the first entrance into the forest preserve on the left.
