Join me for a 25 mile ride on Sunday starting at 8 am. We will meet at Deer Grove Forest Preserve East again (in Palatine) (across from Peppertree subdivision)and ride along the Palatine Trail to Arlington Heights (on nonbusy side streets) and on to the Buffalo Creek Trail (newly done limestone trail and in great shape), back to Deer Grove. A couple of quick water stops. Average speed 11-12 mph. Meet at Deer Grove East by 7:40 to get your bike ready. Deer Grove East is off of Dundee (east of Quentin and Smith Street) and west of Hicks Road. When you get into Deer Grove Forest Preserve, drive past the first parking lot, past the trail, and keep to your right. Then the first street (which is a parking lot) to the right, turn to the right. We will meet there. Those bathrooms are open.
