Paul Douglas ride, Tuesday July 28 at 8:00 am
July 28, 2020
8:00 am

Join me, if you can, to ride the Paul Douglas trail Tuesday, July 28 at 8:00 am. Casual pace: 10-12 mph. Route will involve a short ride over the new walking/riding trail on Roselle Road, over #90. Depending on the riders who come, we'll either do 2 loops of the trail, or we'll head over to the Crabtree Nature Center. Either way, 18-20 miles.

We'll meet at the entrance to the forest preserve on Central Road, west of Roselle Rd and east of Mundhank Rd.. It's called Grassy Ridge Meadow and there's plenty of parking plus a toilet (nothing to brag about, though!). If needed, there are also restroom facilities just off the trail, including one at the newly-opened gas station at Roselle and Algonquin roads.

You may want to arrive by 7:45 to get bikes ready, etc.

Hope some of you can join me.

Peg
