Join me on a ride on the Prairie Trail from Whispering Oaks Park in McHenry
to North Branch park near Richmond. Route is about 2/3 limestone trail and
about 25 miles round trip.
Where: Whispering Oaks Park ("Fort McHenry") in McHenry.
When: Saturday 6/15, 9:00 AM. (Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare and
sign in.)
What: 25 mile round trip on Prairie Trail to County Park near Richmond
How: Casual speed, no one left behind. (8-12 mph)
Directions: Your choice of route north to Route 120, then west/left to
Whispering Oaks Park across from IHop in McHenry. (Turn south on Front
Royal Dr through the arches.)
